The dark theme is a trend today. Most of the apps and websites have opted for it. WhatsApp introduced their much anticipated dark mode in their mobile apps earlier this year and have been touted to be working on the dark mode of the web version too. Although the official dark mode is yet to be announced, it can be done easily using a small tweak on the browser.
How to Enable Dark Mode on WhatsApp Web
Visit web.whatsapp.com and log into it using the QR scanning method.
Press Ctrl + Shift + I or Right Click anywhere on the website and click the inspect element (website code will be visible now).
Now, search for the string <body class="web">. Now, small editing will be done here.

Double click on the "web" and edit the code with "web dark", and hit enter to see the magic.
Note: This isn't a permanent change and will disappear once the page is refreshed, so we have to wait until this feature is added officially.
