Straightaway coming to the point (although these are not new, I discovered it really late), YouTube provides the best visual content for free on the web and all of us want to use this app in the background. For android users, it is easy to run tweaked apps, and here is a method I found play YouTube in the background in Android Devices and it seems to be a lasting method.
We need two apps (to make it more personalized). First is MicroG, the description according to Wikipedia for the app is,
MicroG is a free and open-source implementation of proprietary Google libraries that serves as a replacement for Google Play Services on the Android operating system. It is maintained by German developer Marvin Wißfeld. MicroG allows mobile device users to access Google mobile services with less tracking of their device activity compared to Google Play Services. In a presentation, Wißfeld described MicroG as "the framework (libraries, services, patches) to create a fully-compatible Android distribution without any proprietary Google components".
The GitHub repository for MicroG is https://github.com/microg, while the official MicroG website is https://microg.org/
The second app is the modded version of youtube, called YouTube Vanced (https://vanced.app/). It can be downloaded and can be constantly be updated using the website provided.
Setting up the Apps:
After installing both the apps, one needs to open YouTube Vanced and go to the Accounts section. Then press Add Accounts and set up the Google Account (similar to the process done while initializing a new device/account).
That's it the Data from the Other YouTube platforms will be synced here.
Note: You'll need to disable PIP mode to enjoy the app as an mp3 player.
